Asset Seizure Targets Cosa Nostra

Italian authorities have seized assets worth 160 million euros ($217 million) from an unidentified businessman suspected of ties to a Mafia clan outside Palermo, Sicily as reported by ANSA:  “the suspect has a long police record ranging from corrupting public officials to extorting protection money.”
